This leaking hosepipe was spotted in public garden in the centre of Cheltenham. I am not to sure how long it had been running, but there was a lot of surface water.
This is an awful waste of such a valuable resource.
A simple mend would have solved everything.

Got no spellchecker? the UK spelling is CENTRE, there is one “l” in awful, it’s “would HAVE”, and you mean “THERE was a LOT of surface water”. Would have been a really good, fairly hard hitting post with the right spelling.
